Robert R. Kane - President

Robert Kane graduated from Louisiana State University in 1969.  He has been a Real Estate Broker & Realtor for 37 years serving as a Property Manager & Developer of commercial and residential Real Estate for John McDonald Realty.  He is a present Board Member and former President of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Foreign Trade Zone.  Appointed to the Hancock County Port & Harbor Commission in 1998, he currently serves as President of the Commission. Mr. Kane serves on the Economic Development, Finance & Budget and Insurance Committees.


Chari McIntyre Rapp - Vice-President

Chari McIntyre Rapp has served on the Commission Board since 2001.  She has served on the Airport, Finance, Railroad, Infrastructure and Insurance committees.  Her past position was Treasurer.  She presently serves on the Economic Development and Infrastructure committees as well as Vice-President of the Board.  Chari has been a Real Estate Broker/Owner of McIntyre Rapp Real Estate for 25 years.


Anthony Sahuque - Treasure

Anthony Sahuque was appointed to the Hancock County Port & Harbor Commission in 2004 by Hancock County Board of Supervisor -- District # 1.  He is a life long resident of Hancock County.  He is a graduate of St. Stanislaus College and attended the University of Southern Mississippi.  He serves on the Railroad and Infrastructure committees, and is currently the Chairman of the Infrastructure Committee.  He is married and has one son.  


Harry J. Farve - Secretary

Harry Farve was born in Bay St. Louis and is a member of St. Rose de Lima Catholic Church.  He served on the Bay St. Louis City Council for eight years.  He was appointed to the Hancock County Port & Harbor Commission in 1996 and has held the office of Secretary since his appointment.  He serves on the Airport, Railroad and Economic Development committees, and is currently the Chairman of the Airport Committee. 


Kevin Hill, Sr. - Commissioner

Kevin Hill was appointed to the Hancock County Port & Harbor Commission in 1996 and currently holds the office of Treasurer for the Commission.  He serves on the Railroad, Finance and Insurance committees, and is currently the Chairman of the Railroad and Finance Committees. .


Nell Frisbie - Commissioner

Nell is originally from Meridian, MS, moving to Hancock County from New Orleans with her husband, Bill and daughter Joellyn in the early 1960's.  As a Realtor, Nell has been an agent, owner and manager for over 30 years, as well as being involved in her church, community, profession and politics.  She was appointed to the Hancock County Port & Harbor Commission in January 2008 and currently serves on the Airport and Infrastructure Committees.
