Robert R. Kane - President Robert Kane graduated from Louisiana State University in 1969. He has been a Real Estate Broker & Realtor for 37 years serving as a Property Manager & Developer of commercial and residential Real Estate for John McDonald Realty. He is a present Board Member and former President of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Foreign Trade Zone. Appointed to the Hancock County Port & Harbor Commission in 1998, he currently serves as President of the Commission. Mr. Kane serves on the Economic Development, Finance & Budget and Insurance Committees. |

Nell Frisbie - Vice President Nell is originally from Meridian, MS, moving to Hancock County from New Orleans with her husband, Bill and daughter Joellyn in the early 1960's. As a Realtor, Nell has been an agent, owner and manager for over 30 years, as well as being involved in her church, community, profession and politics. She was appointed to the Hancock County Port & Harbor Commission in January 2008 and currently serves on the Airport and Infrastructure Committees. |

Charles J. Gallagher, Jr. - Treasurer Charles and his wife Anita came to the Gulf Coast in 1972 and to Waveland in 2004. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1961 and holds an MBA from USM. Charles retired from the US Naval Reserve as a Captain in 1991 and retired from Ingalls Shipbuilding in 2009. He was appointed to the Commission by Governor Barbour in 2011; chairs the Finance Committee and is a member of the Port and Harbor Committee. |

Harry J. Farve - Secretary Harry Farve was born in Bay St. Louis and is a member of St. Rose de Lima Catholic Church. He served on the Bay St. Louis City Council for eight years. He was appointed to the Hancock County Port & Harbor Commission in 1996 and has held the office of Secretary since his appointment. He serves on the Airport, Railroad and Economic Development committees, and is currently the Chairman of the Airport Committee. |
