The HCDC, formerly known as the Hancock County Port and Harbor Commission controls the infrastructure needed to develop your project from concept to completion. As the Economic Development Authority for Hancock County, we can work with you to find State and Local incentives to help you make your project a success.

The Center of higher Learning has provided onsite academic and workforce development services to the agencies and employees of the John C. Stennis Space Center and Hancock County since 1989.
