Intra-Plant Switching Charge
The PBVR will perform intra-plant switching at a charge of $75.00 per car.
Intra-Terminal Switching Charge
The PBVR will perform intra-terminal switching at a charge of $125.00 per car.
Special Switching Charge
The PBVR will perform special switching at a charge of $150 per hour, minimum two (2) hours. Normal switch movement charges will be applied in addition to the after hour rate.
Storage
Storage rate for all railroad cars at the option of the PBVR shall be $10.00 per day per car.
Weighing and Reweighing
When a car is weighed or reweighed, either loaded or empty, at the request of consignor, consignee, connecting railroad, or as may be deemed necessary by this railroad, a charge of $350.00 per car will be assessed requesting party (See Exceptions 1, 2 and 3).
* In addition to the above charge, a switching charge of $125.00 per car will be assessed for moving car to and from scales.
